MOTHERSCHAMPION BRANDED CHALLENGE

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   This challenge is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above.
   Employees of the organiser, Innity Sdn. Bhd., its agencies, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Period

   This challenge is valid only during the following expo dates:

   • TCE MVEC: 5 March 2026 - 8 March 2026
   • Baby Expo MVEC: 30 April 2026 - 3 May 2026
   • Baby Expo Sunway Pyramid: 29 May 2026 - 31 May 2026

   Entries submitted outside respective campaign periods will not be accepted.

3. How to Participate

   To join the challenge, participants will need to :
   

   1. Scan the QR code at the CHAMPS booth during the participating expo.
   2. Register as a CHAMPS member at: https://motherschampion.com/
   3. Purchase any Duopharma product during the expo.
   4. Upload a valid receipt via the Champs Community Page submission form.

   Entries will be awarded based on the total spend per receipt:

   • RM30 & above → 1 entry
   • RM60 & above → 2 entries
   • Every RM100 spent - 5 Entries

   Only purchases made at the CHAMPS booth during the stated expo dates are eligible.
   Each receipt may only be submitted once.
   Participants may submit multiple receipts, provided that each receipt is unique and valid.

4. Winners & Prizes

   Ten (10) winners will be selected for each participating expo location, for a total of thirty (30) winners across all locations.

   Winners will be selected through a randomised electronic draw from all eligible and verified entries received during that specific expo period, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

   Each winner will receive:

   • 1-year supply of Duopharma products worth RM1,000.

   Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or refundable.

   Winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided during registration.

   If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible participant.

5. Disqualification

   The organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

   • Submits false, incomplete, or fraudulent information;
   • Uploads invalid, altered, or duplicate receipts;
   • Uses multiple accounts to participate;
   • Violate these Terms & Conditions.

6. Rights & Publicity

   By joining the challenge, participants have agreed that the organiser may use their names, submitted content, and participation details for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

7. Liability

   The organiser shall not be responsible for:

   • Technical issues, system errors, or late/incomplete entries;
   • Lost, damaged, or illegible receipts;
   • Any loss or damage related to participation or prize redemption.

8. General

   The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the challenge at any time without prior notice.

   The organiser’s decision is final and binding.

   This challenge is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
